Copper does not corrode or rust, and it maintains durability and look over centuries.  Resistant to mold growth and bacteria due to the fact copper is a natural antimicrobial, the patina of copper actually protects the metal.

The Claridge Farms Clubhouse remodel was a fun job. We took the old wood siding off, install new James Hardie HardieWrap, and put up new James Hardie HZ5 fiber cement. These are some pictures from a poolhouse we remodeled. We used James Hardie Artisan on this job. We also installed a new roof and put in a few new windows. The job turned out spectacular and the poolhouse owner loves it!

Wood shake roofing materials add character and breathability to a home.  Roofs with wood shake are extremely complicated to install, and because the roofing material is wood, it’s even harder to keep the color tone of the shingles similar.  We had a great time at this job, and the copper flashing really accents the new roof.
