Just a quick note to tell you that after your many trips to our Brownsburg house to inspect the cedar shake shingles, before and after the April 2006 hailstorm, and after your three discussions with the insurance inspectors, and after Universal Roofing's letter to the Insurance company and judge for binding arbitration, we finally scheduled a hearing. Last month four State Farm representatives and their two hired professional engineers faced the tow Smiths. The judge quickly decided in our favor, awarding us a check for the original roof. We are very grateful for your support, participation, and advice in this nearly two year process. To show our appreciation, we want you and your family to enjoy something special "on us". Sometimes one man does make a difference! P.S. We sold the house.

First of all, I apologize for not being able to attend your project which was a success! The professionals and lay personnel exhibited profound workmanship that characterize what Universal Roofing is all about .... and I THANK YOU and THEM! I also want to thank John Reese for furnishing supplies and being a corner stone within the community. His leadership is remarkable and has been for years ... we all love him! Owens Corning and their reinforcement fiber glass insulation. The guys used a ton of that stuff in the attic and it looks great. GAF, and their fiber glass shingles which are awesome! The Mission Brown looks great and durable. Last but not least, Velux Lighting and Sun Tunneling for bringing life to a small space. Sun tunnel skylights are the way to go when trying to bring life to small spaces. Once again our warm thanks for your follow-up and dedication to a noteworthy project.
